Our Services

DaVinci provides the following services to businesses and individuals:

Template-based website solutions
Website hosting and maintenance
Google Ads setup and management
Custom business tools and configurators

Specific terms, pricing, and deliverables for each service are defined in individual service agreements.

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act (Angrerettloven).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the completed service is delivered to you.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement. You can do this by:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Subscription Terms

This section applies to our monthly subscription services (Basic and Premium hosting plans).

No Minimum Commitment

Our monthly plans have no minimum commitment period. You can cancel at any time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@davinci.agency. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Use of Website

When using our website, you agree to:

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. For business customers, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland. However, if you are a consumer residing in Norway, you retain the right to bring proceedings in Norway and have Norwegian consumer protection laws apply to matters covered by such laws, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes will be effective immediately for new customers upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
